Check out the following websites which complement the ‘Pilgrimage’ article in the Irish Examiner (Monday 16th September). This is part of the Worship and Commemoration Theme within the resource for the Transition Year Option (see Theme I, Unit 3, Lessons 1 and 2) which can be accessed via the homepage on this site.


The Pilgrim Paths project was set up by the Heritage Council in 1997 and involves seven routes across Ireland. Check it out here
